Very early on when I was working with Sarah right at the beginning, she introduced me to the ‘hrit padma’. Translated from sanskrit, it means the ‘sacred lotus of the heart’. In this system of thought, our divine spark is within our energy body/ at the place where the heart chakra and solar plexus chakra meet, and is surrounded by a shell (I always think of a ‘conker’ which is the seed of the horse chestnut tree) That shell consists of everything that exists within us that is ‘not of the Divine; everything that isn’t of God. For example, beliefs of poverty consciousness, not being safe, feelings of holding onto anger against others/ all the stuff that our soul’s here to alchemise. When it’s all done, and we’re in ‘right relationship with the world’/ then nothing will stand in the way of us and our divine spark, and we’ll be our Higher Self here on earth – fully conscious of it, and fully in our higher (and lower!) power. In Sarah’s way of thinking, you don’t want to get rid of anything/ lower is not worse than higher – integration is the key.
And what Sarah has shown me is that, with her help, you can work with the hrit padma in an energetic way, that you can focus on it using different mantras, breathing techniques, visualisations, (there’s a youtube link at the end of this article where you can listen to meditations for your hrit padma) and also work with what is ‘coming up’ from it. What is ‘coming up’, will generally be your core issues, and by that I mean, those issues that are right at the heart of things for you. When you get to this point, you’ve generally done alot of work already and have cleared all the peripheral stuff, and now you’re getting right to the ‘nitty gritty’ of things. Often this can take people by surprise, exactly because at point you’ve already done huge amounts of work on yourself, and life has gotten alot lighter and easier and then… ‘wham’ along comes a ‘core issue’ and can knock you over with it’s intensity. These things can often feel bigger than everything else that’s gone before. And this is where Sarah can come in. Sarah and the angels can open us up to huge amounts of grace/ in equal proportion and more than to what we’re going through/ and show us the joy, love and light & learning in the situation.
Working through the core issues often take us into the next phase in our soul’s journey; they can herald a great change, as the core issues that have weighed us down for years, sometimes all of our lives/ suddenly shift and change, and energy that was previously blocked becomes available for us to follow our life’s purpose. It can be heavy work, but result in a great lightening of the heart!!
There’s a sarah channeling that mentions the hrit padma, http://www.sarayei.com/the-centre-of-yourselves
